Hailing originally from Kansas City, Devon Clements got his bachelor’s degree on the west coast at Whitworth University, studying rhetoric & composition. During his time at WU, he became a published poet and was asked to attend several undergraduate conferences on creative and academic writing. Following graduation, he was brought on board by Hastings College to help establish and found the collegiate writing center on campus, furthering his work on academic writing theory he had started as an undergraduate. After leaving HC, he spent a summer grant writing for a local non-profit with national ties, helping to garner funds and communicate between stakeholders and the surrounding community. For the last two years he has been the copy writer and producer for Beavercreek Marketing where he writes, voices, and produces a wide variety of marketing content from promotional campaigns, video tutorials and print projects.

Nebraska native with 37 years in Broadcast and Media Operations, including project management, advanced technologies, development, and marketing. After receiving an Associate of Arts Degree in 1981 from Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska, Lisa went on to work primarily in production and operations until moving into management positions. Spending 5 years as General Manager of KOLN/KGIN TV, a CBS affiliate in Lincoln, Nebraska, eventually evolved to corporate broadcast operations and then promoted to VP of Broadcast Technology for Gray Television overseeing and coordinating capital, new studio improvements, and the Gray Graphics Hub. Highlights of Lisa's career involve remote productions such as college bowl game specials to organizing, with Gray's very talented engineers, the technical side of 3 new building projects for Gray Television. Lisa "semi-retired" in summer of 2018, and now works part-time as an Independent Contractor.

Born and raised in North Platte Nebraska, Jared Brosius stayed in-state and went to the University of Nebraska–Lincoln where he studied Advertising and Public Relations with concentrations in World Religion and Business Administration. Jared worked with Apple as the Campus Representative for his university and over the span of multiple years, was able to build enough connections at national Apple Training Seminars and throughout the University of Nebraska to help secure his next job at the Apple Authorized Campus Store where he became the Marketing and Public Relations Manager. Overflowing with passion for music and technology, Jared was able to start a side-hustle for freelance work called Live Love Discover. He successfully earned his degree, went on to become the Marketing Director of Complete Family Dermatology, and now works at Beavercreek Marketing providing services across the company spectrum including custom video, web development, and print design.
